Police withdraw from Super League, Kelantan Red Warriors promoted

The Malaysian Football League confirmed that Police have pulled out of the 2026-27 Super League season, without giving a reason. Following a compliance review by the First Instance Body, the vacated spot goes to A1 Semi-Pro club Kelantan the Red Warriors, while Melaka, Star City and Kuala Lumpur retained their National Licences after meeting financial and infrastructure requirements.
